Now that my brain is back from vacation, it is time for me to share some of the posts written by others that I really enjoyed from the past week:
Budgeting in the Fun Stuff shared her experience on a lazy river while in Cancun. The pictures were fantastic, and it gave me a chance to see an area of the world I had never been to.
Financial Samurai writes an interesting post about how the employed view the unemployed.
Invest it Wisely writes a thought provoking post regarding whether or not to enter into a formal contract when living with your significant other (in this case, it was regarding the purchase of a condo.)
Saving Money Today shares his story about a recent deal gone bad on Ebay.
Money Reasons writes a post discussing who usually does with the race – the Tortoise or the Hare?
Squirrelers shares a great story about someone going after loose change in a rain storm. I felt like I was there and I needed to find an umbrella!
Wealth Artisan shared some crafty ways to have some low cost chicken wings! (Who doesn’t love chicken wings?)
Wealth Informatics writes a great post reminding us to do a mid-year review of our finances.
Thanks to everyone that stops by and reads this blog, and I truly love the comments. I always feel bad when creating this list because I know there are a lot of great posts that others have written that I have not included.
Have a fabulously week everyone!

Hey Kris,
Thanks for the link. I hope the next time you sit down to some wings you think of us! I was talking to my wife today about your blog because we were going to go to Kohl’s and I said “Nope, not without a coupon!” After a few minutes of looking we found a 30% off coupon! I’m not big on retail shopping (I try to only stick to the necessities but my dear wife likes decorating), but as soon as I heard “Kohl’s” I knew what we had to do!
Thanks,
Timothy

Thanks for the mention!
This has been a busy crazy week for me. Next week, I’ll be back in the normal swing of things…
Hope you had a great weekend!
Thanks for the mention. How was the weekend? I just got back from a camping weekend — camping is fun, as always, with the kayaking, canoeing, fires, and the visits by raccoons during the night, but I think I only slept 4 hours/night through the whole trip!
